These Terms cover the Android version of VAULT, distributed through Google Play. By installing or using VAULT (the “App”), you agree to these Terms of Use. They mirror the in-app Terms you can view by tapping the ⓘ info icon on the home screen.

T-Innovations grants you a personal, non-commercial, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App, subject to these Terms and the rules of the platform from which you obtained the App (Google Play).
The “oz” currency in VAULT is a virtual item with no real-world monetary value. It cannot be exchanged for real money, goods, or services, and cannot be transferred between accounts or devices. The +5 oz / −2 oz stakes in online duels (the winner gains 5 oz; each other player loses 2 oz) are likewise virtual and carry no real-world value.
Online Duel mode (Round-by-round, Sprint, Group Heist) is available only to players who are at least 13 years old and signed in with a Google account. When using online play you agree:
We may suspend a player’s access to online features for violations.
You agree not to tamper with local storage, the device clock, or the App to inflate your oz balance, and not to farm wins with multiple or sock-puppet accounts. We may remove offending scores and revoke online access for repeated abuse.
You are solely responsible for the messages you send through in-duel chat. Chat is not pre-moderated. T-Innovations is not liable for messages exchanged between players.
Online Duel relies on Google Firebase (Firebase Authentication and Cloud Firestore) for sign-in, matchmaking, and real-time data delivery. Your use of those services is also governed by Google’s terms and Privacy Policy. Service availability is outside our control; if Firebase is unavailable, online play is temporarily unavailable.

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE MATCH AVAILABILITY, OPPONENT QUALITY, OR THE BEHAVIOR OF OTHER PLAYERS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, T-INNOVATIONS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP, INCLUDING ANY HARM FROM INTERACTIONS WITH OTHER PLAYERS THROUGH ONLINE DUEL OR IN-DUEL CHAT.
If you obtained VAULT from Google Play, you acknowledge that Google is not responsible for the App or its content. Your use is also governed by the Google Play Terms of Service.
The App implements no proprietary cryptography; its only encryption is the standard HTTPS/TLS used by the Google/Firebase SDKs for online play. You are responsible for complying with any local laws that apply to your use of the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
