By installing or using VAULT (the “App”), you agree to these Terms of Use. They mirror the in-app Terms you can view by tapping the ⓘ info icon on the home screen.
T-Innovations grants you a personal, non-commercial, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App, subject to these Terms and the rules of the platform from which you obtained the App (Apple App Store).
The “oz” currency in VAULT is a virtual item with no real-world monetary value. It cannot be redeemed for, exchanged for, or converted to real money, goods, or services. It cannot be transferred between accounts or devices. It exists only within your local copy of the game and is forfeit if you delete the App. The +5 / −2 oz stakes on online duels are likewise virtual and carry no real-world value.
Online Duel mode is available only to players who are at least 13 years old, have signed in to Apple Game Center, and have chosen a display name within the App. When using Online Duel you agree:
We may, at our discretion, suspend a player’s access to online features for violations.
You are solely responsible for the messages you send through in-duel chat. Chat content is not pre-moderated, stored on our servers, or recoverable by us. T-Innovations is not liable for messages exchanged between players.
VAULT submits your total oz balance to a global Game Center leaderboard. You agree not to manipulate the device clock, edit local storage, jailbreak, or otherwise tamper with the App to inflate your balance; not to use multiple Apple IDs to farm wins against yourself; and not to harass other ranked players. Score corrections require Apple’s cooperation, as Apple — not T-Innovations — runs the leaderboard servers.
Online Duel relies on Apple Game Center for sign-in, matchmaking, and real-time data delivery. Your use of Game Center is also governed by Apple’s terms and Privacy Policy. Game Center availability is outside our control; if it is unavailable, Online Duel will be temporarily unavailable.
THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE MATCH AVAILABILITY, OPPONENT QUALITY, OR THE BEHAVIOR OF OTHER PLAYERS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, T-INNOVATIONS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP, INCLUDING ANY HARM RESULTING FROM INTERACTIONS WITH OTHER PLAYERS THROUGH ONLINE DUEL OR IN-DUEL CHAT.
If you obtained VAULT from the Apple App Store, these Terms are between you and T-Innovations, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support. In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any) for the App; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
