Privacy Policy — Android

Effective: 14 June 2026

This policy covers the Android version of VAULT, which uses Google Firebase for its optional online features. Using the iOS app instead? See the iOS privacy policy.

VAULT (the “App”) respects your privacy. This policy explains how the App handles information across single-player and online multiplayer play, and mirrors the in-app privacy policy you can view from the About screen.

Single-player data

In single-player and the offline duels (vs. Computer, Pass & Play), VAULT does not collect, transmit, or share any personal information. The following is stored locally on your device only and is never sent anywhere:

You can clear this at any time using Reset Progress on the in-app About screen, or by uninstalling the App.

Online multiplayer data

The online modes (Round-by-round, Sprint, Group Heist), in-duel chat, and the global leaderboard are opt-in — they only run when you sign in. They are powered by Google Firebase (Firebase Authentication and Cloud Firestore). When you sign in, the following is processed:

There are no advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, or third-party trackers. Online traffic flows over HTTPS/TLS to Google Firebase.

Permissions

The App requests INTERNET and ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE, used only by the optional online features above. No location, contacts, storage, phone, advertising ID, or notification permissions are requested.

Children’s privacy

Online Duel mode and in-game chat are intended for players aged 13 and over. Single-player gameplay is suitable for all ages and collects no personal information. To keep a device single-player only, simply do not sign in. The App complies with applicable children’s-privacy laws including COPPA (US) and GDPR-K (EU).

Opting out of online features

Do not sign in. Without signing in, no account data leaves the device, the leaderboard is empty for you, and only single-player and offline duels are available. Your local progress is unaffected.

Deleting your online data

If you have signed in for online play, you can permanently delete your online data at any time from About → Delete my online data in the app. This removes your leaderboard entry and deletes your Google sign-in account from our Firebase backend. It does not affect single-player progress stored on your device (use Reset Progress for that). You can also email t-innovations@outlook.com to request deletion.

Data sharing

Online features rely on Google Firebase, which processes data on our behalf under Google’s privacy terms. We do not sell or share your data with any other third parties.

Changes to this policy

If we update this policy, we will revise the effective date above. Continued use of the App after a change is published constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
